Manijeh RazeghiProf. Manijeh Razeghi is giving two talks and co-chairing three symposia at the SPIE Optics + Photonics meeting next week in San Diego.

As Co-Chair of the NanoScience + Engineering Symposium, which topics include metamaterials, plasmonics, carbon nanotubes, optical trapping, graphene, spintronics, nano-solar hydrogen, nano thin films, nanomaterials, nanoengineering, and nanobiosensing, Prof. Razeghi is, along with Prof. Satoshi Kawata,Osaka Univ. (Japan), charged with the organization of over 800 presentations within tracks on NanoScience and NanoEngineering.

She is also presenting a plenary talk, “Semiconductor nano photonics for bio sensing,”  an invited talk: “Intersubband laser diodes from IR to THz:  Recent advances and future trends,” and is Conference Chair of the Photonic Devices and Applications Conference as well as Session Co-Chair for the Quantum Cascade Lasers Session, Photonic Devices and Applications Conference.
