Randy Freeman joined Northwestern in 1996 after receiving his Ph.D.
in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Santa
Barbara. He received the NSF CAREER Award in 1997. He has served as
Associate Editor of the IEEE Control Systems Society Conference
Editorial Board, has served on Program and Operating Committees for
the IEEE Conference on Decision and Control and the American Control
Conference, and has served as Associate Editor of the IEEE
Transactions on Automatic Control and the IEEE
Transactions on Control of Network Systems.
